Jack Wiggins, Dan Fenton and Jim DeSalvo recently announced they have formed Quantum Consulting Engineers, a new structural engineering firm in downtown Seattle. Wiggins is a principal with the firm and has 18 years of structural engineering expertise, including commercial, mixed-use, residential, educational and community buildings. He is currently working on structural designs for the University of Washington Merrill Hall reconstruction, Northwest Maritime Center and Skagit Transportation Center.
Fenton is a principal and has 23 years of structural design expertise, specializing in commercial and institutional facilities. He recently completed structural designs for The Red Door renovation/relocation in Fremont and the 273,000-square-foot Lexus of Bellevue dealership/office building. He is working on the new Riverview Church in Kent.
DeSalvo is a principal and has 30 years of structural engineering expertise for a wide variety of design, seismic retrofit and investigation-based projects. His work includes industrial, commercial, institutional and residential buildings. He is currently working on the J&M Building addition and seismic upgrade, as well as numerous industrial projects.
