Hart Crowser

Sara Carroll has been promoted to senior project engineer of Hart Crowser’s waterfront practice group. Over the past six years, Carroll has provided expertise in ocean engineering and coastal and remediation engineering. Carroll specializes in contaminated sediment evaluation and remediation, and is currently project manager for the Thea Foss Waterway project in Tacoma, overseeing all technical aspects. Carroll also provides construction support services to Hart Crowser’s other waterfront clients. Carroll joined Hart Crowser shortly after receiving her master's degree in ocean engineering from Texas A&M University in 1997.
