DCI Engineers

DCI Engineers promoted Steven Davidow and David Giordano to project manager, and Mark Moorleghen, Scott Douglas and Greg True to senior project managers.

Davidow and Giordano will be responsible for overseeing projects from conceptual design to construction, along with maintaining and cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Davidow joined DCI Engineers in 2000, and has four years of professional structural design experience. He is working on the Spokane Integrated Medical Plaza in Spokane and Courtyard by Marriott in Chico, Calif. Giordano joined DCI in 1998 and is involved in the renovation of Senior Hall at Eastern Washington University and design of the new Washington State University indoor practice facility.

Since joining DCI Engineers in 1998, Moorleghen has managed and created diverse designs in steel, concrete, wood and masonry for a number of medical, commercial, industrial, education and development clients. He is currently working on St. Mary’s Medical Center in Walla Walla and Providence Point Condominiums in Issaquah.

For 30 years, Douglas has provided structural design expertise on projects ranging from security upgrades at the San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station in Southern California to temporary shoring for the San Francisco BART system. Some of his current projects include the structural remodel of Everett Mall and cladding design for Seattle City Hall. Douglas joined DCI Engineers in 2000, and is an active member of the Structural Engineers Association of Washington, sitting on the Wood Task Force Committee.

True has 25 years of experience in structural engineering, and has provided construction assistance to contractors on such projects as Gateway Tower and Emerald Downs. Recent projects with DCI Engineers include the Woodinville City Hall and Puyallup Library. Current projects include the North Creek Pet Hospital in Bothell.
