Bucher, Willis & Ratliff announced Carl Johnson has relocated to Seattle from the firm’s corporate headquarters in Kansas City, Mo. Johnson is a principal with BWR and has been with the firm 22 years. Johnson will participate in ongoing and new transportation projects, and will lead the effort to expand the office’s services to include water resource management.
He has extensive experience in design of wastewater treatment facilities, sanitary sewer collection systems and evaluations, and water distribution systems. In addition, he is experienced with flood plain and storm water management, hydrology and hydraulics, and environmental review. Johnson is managing the SR-522 PS&E for the city of Kenmore, and has a lead role in Phase III of the Valley Mall Boulevard Extension project in Union Gap.
