Sparling

Sparling promoted Kristy Alley to associate and Joe Leger to principal of technology consulting.

As marketing manager, Alley directs market research and lead development for the firm. Under her direction, Sparling's corporate identity program received "Best of Show" in the Society of Marketing Professional Services 2001 Marketing Communications Awards, and first place in 2002 for Candela's corporate brochure. Alley was vice president of networking for SMPS Seattle in 2002.

Leger joined the firm in 1998 with specialties in telecommunications design for commercial, health care, education, government and military facilities. He will lead marketing and business development for the technology studio. Leger is currently managing technology consulting for Seattle Central Library, Denver Children's Hospital, Vancouver General Hospital and U.S. Army Fort Lewis Battle Simulation Center.
