Hart Crowser

Hart Crowser recently announced promotions in its Seattle office. Ernest Pascua has been promoted to senior staff financial statement manager, and Art Huber has been promoted to staff assistant with the firm’s waterfront services division.

Pascua was promoted for his performance in the firm’s accounting department. Pascua has been with Hart Crowser since joining the firm as a billing accountant in 1997. Huber was promoted for his performance in assisting with Hart Crowser’s deliverables. He also assists with the financial management of project budgets. Huber has been with the firm for two years.
