Scott Sawyer has joined Entranco's Olympia office as transportation manager. Sawyer brings 13 years of experience in transportation projects, including arterial roadways, freeways, interchanges, bridge replacements, light rail transit, rest areas and port terminals. He worked on several design/build projects and has managed design for transportation design/build projects in Utah and Oregon.
Denny Cearns is branch manager for the Bellevue office. He has 24 years of experience in the planning, design and permitting of public infrastructure, including bridge replacements, wastewater facilities, water supply and storage, road improvements, solid waste landfills and transfer stations, fish hatcheries, waste-to-energy facilities, flood and stormwater control systems, and utility replacement projects.
Sky Miller has joined the Bellevue office as water resources manager. He has over 15 years of water resource engineering experience in western Washington, including design and construction of levee setbacks, riverbank and bridge protection projects, wetland restoration, estuary restoration, fish passage at culverts and stream restoration projects.
Mike Roberts was recently promoted to vice president, and works in the Bellevue office. Roberts manages the Washington construction group and is a project manager for construction services projects, including public works infrastructure improvements. His responsibilities have included preparing and negotiating change orders, coordinating with local permitting agencies, reviewing submittals, preparing progress pay estimates for contractors, and providing coordination between public agencies and contractors.
