HDR recently hired David Skinner as a senior project manager in its new Olympia office. Skinner has 12 years experience designing and managing transportation and public works projects, including roadway and bridge design, sanitary sewer systems, water systems, storm drainage and park improvements.

He is experienced in designing and preparing plans, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents. He is currently working as the project manager on the realignment of state Highway 106 in conjunction with the redevelopment of Alderbrook Lodge near Shelton.
