MulvannyG2 recently hired Michael Osburn as design manager, Robert Jaques as design principal, Y.E. Smith as design principal and Michael La Fon as designer.

Osburn leads the firm’s design teams. Osburn’s experience includes projects in healthcare, advanced technology, corporate office, sports and recreation, and higher education. Osburn also developed a special events niche offering planning, architecture, and interior architecture for large events including the Salt Lake City Winter Olympics.

Jacques is responsible for design, master planning, client management and business development, as well as directing projects. Jacques has received awards and recognition from the city of West Hollywood, the Los Angeles Conservancy, Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference, and the Los Angeles Business Council. His work has been published in Architectural Record, Progressive Architecture, L’Arca, Building Design and Construction, La Opinion and the Los Angeles Times.

Smith is responsible for conceptual, schematic and design development, master planning, client management, and business development. Smith’s works on retail and mixed-use. His portfolio includes the downtown Woodinville Retail Center and BCS Mack Elementary School and the Pickering Place mixed-use development in Issaquah.

La Fon is involved with schematic design, design development, project analysis, computer/multimedia models, 3-D models, graphic materials, zoning analysis and project management. Previously, La Fon worked on the East Coast as a designer for major clients including Dolby, the Museum of Modern Art, Universal Pictures, Fidelity Investments, and R!OT Manhattan.
