Reid Middleton

Lance Lum recently received his Washington civil engineering professional engineer's license and was promoted to project engineer at Reid Middleton.

Lum has worked on building analysis and design for the U.S. Navy. Lum has used performance-based design criteria, which requires an understanding of seismic design and finite element analysis procedures. He is involved in projects for the Port of Seattle at Fishermen's Terminal and the city of Edmonds' mid-waterfront seawall and pedestrian walkway project.
