W&H Pacific

W&H Pacific added two team members in its Bothell office -- Ted Everage, land development director, and Michael Mickiewicz, land surveying director. Since January, W&H Pacific has hired 20 employees in its Bothell office, boosting its staff level to 77.

Everage joins W&H Pacific with more than 30 years of experience as a civil engineer and land surveyor, including company, project and construction management, as well as design, evaluation, quality control and value engineering. He will be responsible for business development and managing the land development group.

Mickiewicz has a diverse portfolio of public works and municipal projects, as well as commercial, residential and mixed-use development. His 30-year career includes overseeing boundary and topographic surveys, construction support, ALTA surveys, FEMA mapping and elevation certificates, Washington State Department of Natural Resources tideland lease surveys, and railway design and construction. He is responsible for overseeing the Bothell office's survey field and crew of 20 people, and is involved with a variety of public and private sector clients.
