Hart Crowser

Hart Crowser promoted Wayne Adams and Rick Moore to principals in the Seattle and Edmonds offices.

Wayne Adams, a licensed geologist in Washington and California, manages the firm's Edmonds office. He is program manager for a large contract assisting with the evaluation of slopes and streams on 225,000 acres of California timber land.

Rick Moore, a licensed engineering geologist and hydrologist, is an environmental specialist in the firm's Seattle office. He specializes in assessments for complex industrial and multi-use sites with regulatory compliance issues, and state-level regulatory and permitting programs.
