Reid Middleton

Mike Young was recently promoted to project engineer at Reid Middleton. Young is providing the daily lead for construction of the 10th Avenue culvert replacement project in Des Moines. He also worked on the south safety area expansion project at Paine Field in Everett, and projects at Shoreview Park in Shoreline and Leary Way Northwest improvements in Seattle.

He received his master's degree in construction engineering from the University of Washington and his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Seattle University. Young is an associate member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Public Works Association, where he serves on the Construction Committee. He is also a certified Construction Specifications Institute Construction Document Technologist.
