Huggins
PND Inc. announced the addition of Michael Huggins to the Seattle engineering staff. Huggins has 18 years experience as a construction engineer in marine construction. He served most recently with the joint venture to design/build a second suspension span across the Tacoma Narrows for the Washington State Department of Transportation. He developed and designed temporary structural systems to enable construction of the foundation caissons for the new bridge towers. At PND, Huggins will provide construction engineering support to the marine/civil market and assist with design/build projects underway.
