Jim Parsons recently joined the Kirkland Parametrix office as a senior transportation consultant. Parsons brings 20 years of experience as a program manager and a project manager, with experience in design, planning and analysis of transportation facilities in both the private and public sectors. He also has land use planning, regional planning and travel demand forecasting experience. Parsons has worked on rail, bus and automated guideway transit facilities, highway corridors, airports and marine transportation facilities. He will be responsible for project execution and business development of transit and transportation planning and design projects.
Edgerly

Mike Edgerly joined the Portland office of Parametrix as a senior transportation consultant. Edgerly brings 23 years of experience in transportation design and construction management. He is a licensed civil engineer and professional land surveyor. He will be responsible for project execution and business development of transportation projects as well as assist in coordination of federal business development strategies.
