Express Construction Co. promoted John J. Ryan Jr. from carpenter foreman to project engineer. Ryan has been with the company since 2000, recently working on the Ballinger Gateway project and tenant improvement projects such as W3 Data, Bella Drycleaners and Union restaurant. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wyoming.
