Triad Associates, a Kirkland land development consulting firm, has promoted Jeff Cox from director of site planning and landscape architecture to vice president. Katherine Hilde has been hired as a landscape designer. Cox, who has 21 years' experience working with land developers and home builders, is responsible for increasing the firm's presence in the Puget Sound region. He currently is working for CamWest Development on two projects: Shamrock, a low-impact development project near Renton, and Stacy, a community in Kirkland. Hilde has four years of industry experience.
