Kevin J. Vanderzanden has been named president and managing principal of Core Design. He joined Core Design in 1995 and has been managing the firm's surveying services, including boundary and topographic surveys, preliminary and final plats, construction staking, condominium surveys as well as ALTA surveys.

Current survey work includes Issaquah Highlands; Woodbridge, in Redmond; Issaquah Highlands Division 84/85; and Cristalla Condominiums.
