Michelle Tragesser recently joined Parametrix in Tacoma, adding to the firm's bridge and structures group. Tragesser will be responsible for project execution and business development in existing and expanding market locations. Tragesser brings 10 years of transportation project experience and is skilled in analysis, design and construction for a variety of public works and marine structures including seismic analysis and design for reinforced and prestressed concrete girder and slab bridges. Her current project work for Parametrix includes project engineer for the marine improvements for Port Orchard Intermodal Terminal for Kitsap Transit and the Highway 4 over Greensprings Drive Bridge and Zigzag River Mile Bridge for Oregon Department of Transportation.
Hoglund-Gray

Ginny Hoglund-Gray recently joined Parametrix in Kirkland as a senior consultant. Her technical expertise includes site layout and design, alignment alternatives and arterial design, drainage and utilities design and hydraulics analysis. Hoglund-Gray has extensive experience leading fast-track projects. At Parametrix, she is responsible for project execution and business development firm-wide.
Hoglund-Gray's project experience spans 25 years and involves transportation and development projects. Most recent notable experience includes project manager for civil engineering services for Microsoft's 300-acre main campus, Safeco's Redmond campus expansion and the Houser Way bypass in Renton. Prior to joining Parametrix, Hoglund-Gray was employed by Entranco.
