Hargis Engineers announced the promotion of Brian Haugk to principal, and Chris Parker to associate.

Haugk is mechanical engineer on K-12, financial and specialty retail projects. Current projects include the phased renovations at Foss, International and Monroe high schools, as well as several newly constructed Washington Mutual Bank Occasio branches.

As a project manager and team leader, Parker oversees telecommunications consulting and design services for financial, municipal and retail projects. He is currently serving on Washington Mutual Bank's nationwide back-up power initiative.
