Studio Meng Strazzara recently added Patricia Barlow, civil engineer, and Mike Saito, senior architect.

Barlow joins the civil engineering department in expanding the firm's engineering capabilities. She is working on a multi-family residential project, the Harvard Estates, as well as the Evergreen State College Daniel J. Evans Library Building. She will provide in-house engineering expertise for architectural and site design projects, as well as independent consulting, analysis, design and construction assistance for site, drainage, environmental and transportation projects.

Saito brings 20 years experience to the educational design studio. He is also working on Evergreen State College library building modernization and addition. Saito has worked on K-12 education, multi-family, medical buildings, library buildings, municipal, postal and commercial clients.
