Matthew E. West was promoted to senior associate at David Evans and Associates in Bellevue, where he serves as regional survey manager.

Since joining DEA in 2002, he has managed the topographic and boundary survey used for design of the new Tacoma Police headquarters, the site redevelopment topographic survey for Totem Ocean Trailer Express for the Port of Tacoma and the Bridge of Glass.

West is a member of the Land Surveyor Association of Washington and the American Congress on Survey and Mapping.
