Seattle-based architects Arai Jackson Ellison Murakami have announced promotions. Joining partners Steven Arai and Cliff Jackson are Bruce Ellison, Rich Murakami and Frank Silkwood.

Ben Dayot and Mark Spitzer are now principals. Ben Pongprot is an associate.

Ellison is working on a new Bremerton Police Headquarters and Municipal Court and new maintenance facilities for King County Metro at the Atlantic Central Base. Murakami is working on the Port of Seattle Police Headquarters at Sea-Tac International Airport as well as a civic campus master plan for the city of Post Falls, Idaho. Silkwood is director of the transportation design group, which provides planning and design for facilities serving air travel, ferries, local and regional transit, and intercity rail.

Dayot is designing the new Bremerton Police Headquarters and Municipal Court. Spitzer is working with The Evergreen State College on the Science II Building renovation as well as its campus master plan update. Pongprot is the project manager for the Port of Seattle Police Headquarters at Sea-Tac International Airport.
