Elliott Bay Design Group

Seattle-based Elliott Bay Design Group announced Amanda Pyle has joined the firm as a naval architect. Pyle received her master of engineering degree in concurrent marine design from University of Michigan. She will assist on the design of a 250-foot double-ended ferry for the Woods Hole, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Steamship Authority.

John W. Waterhouse has been named a fellow by the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers. He is president of Elliott Bay Design Group and is a dedicated advocate of the marine community.
