Sparling, a Seattle-based specialty electrical engineering and technology consulting firm, hired Joshua Kam as project designer and Brian Warn as communications systems designer.

Kam joins a Sparling electrical design studio specializing in industrial and military projects. He is working on a Valley Medical Center expansion and a training facility at Bangor Naval Shipyard. Warn was a U.S. Coast Guard communications division officer. He is working on internal re-radiating system design projects.
