Sparling's project designer Matthew Woo recently earned his professional engineering license. Woo's expertise is in site and street lighting, and electrical design. Woo is working on projects at Sea-Tac Airport, Valley Medical Center, McChord Air Force Base and Bremerton Naval Station. Sparling is an electrical engineering and technology consulting firm with offices in Seattle and Portland.
