The Vancouver-based engineering firm of Hopper Dennis Jellison recently added to its staff. Billy J. Stephenson is lead inspector on the Southwest First Street/Northwest Lake Road project. Ryan Knox will provide ongoing inspection services to the design and construction sections. William Amata will provide inspection services for the firm's current on-call contract with the city of Vancouver.

The site development section created a position for Katherine E. Bell, who worked internationally before returning to the Northwest and joining the HDJ team. Jennifer L. Shields joins the planning section as assistant planner. Mandy M. Bullick was hired as administrative assistant.
