Rice
ECS Engineering, an electrical and control systems engineering company, added two staff members. John Rice joins the Bothell office as a senior electrical project engineer. He will work on a power upgrade for the city of Everett and a data center upgrade for the Seattle Housing Authority. Ian Adams joins as a CAD technician and will work in both the Bothell and Wenatchee offices. Adams will develop drawings for Chelan County, Centralia and Leavenworth projects.
