In an effort to expand internal ownership, Roth Hill Engineering Partners added the following members to its board: Tony Fisher, Laurie Fulton, Scott Goss, Bill Holladay, Jay Hummel, Kim Sklaroff and Kelly Snyder. Roth Hill specializes in public works civil engineering and land surveying, planning and construction administration services.
