DCI Engineers, civil and structural consulting engineers, added Kristopher Swanson, Jacob Gokey and Vern Slay to its Bellevue office. Swanson is a structural project engineer working on the 7,000-square-foot boardwalk in Blaine.

Gokey recently graduated from Washington State University with a civil engineering degree. As a structural project engineer he will review structural drawings, and provide details for buildings and materials. Gokey is working on a mixed-use, 66,080-square-foot building at 45th and Bagley.

Slay is a CAD designer in DCI's structural division. He will manage projects, maintain communication with project managers and staff engineers, and check adherence to drafting standards, consistency and coordination. DCI employs more than 90 engineering, technical and administrative staff in offices in Bellevue, Spokane, Everett, Portland and San Diego.
