Skillings-Connolly, an 80-person engineering, environmental and surveying firm, added six to its staff.

Bob Bergquist is environmental division manager and has more than 14 years' experience on permitting, design consultation, construction monitoring and the Endangered Species Act. He also teaches graduate level engineering, project management and marketing at St. Martin's College in Lacey.

Meg O'Leary joined as manager of public involvement. O'Leary brings over six years' experience in public involvement, project management and urban planning. She is versed in multiple aspects of architecture, transportation planning, environmental impact issues, and radio and video production. She produces project newsletters, presentation materials and reports, and has experience with community involvement and event planning for a variety of diverse, multi-jurisdictional communities.

Bryan J. Ewing is project manager. He brings 20 years' of civil engineering and construction experience. He has worked with private developers and municipalities on water and transportation projects, and is versed in estimating, contract administration, design, project scheduling and environmental permitting.

William H. Maibauer is a staff engineer, and will focus on water and wastewater projects. He brings 20 years experience in water system design, comprehensive plans, wastewater treatment systems and permitting.

Brian K. Matthews rejoins as a project manager, with 10 years experience in water, stormwater and sanitary sewer design. He served as a field engineer during construction of Seattle Metro's West Point Treatment and Yelm's 100 percent water reuse facility, and has worked as a design engineer for the Department of Natural Resources and the city of Sumner.

Rynea Edwards is survey technician. She brings 10 years experience executing drawings for utility, road, sanitary sewer, stormwater and water system designs. She has land survey expertise and is fluent in AutoCAD.
