Tacoma architects BCRA added senior project architects Terry Bills and Lawrence Houston. Bills has more than 17 years experience in architectural design. He is working on predesign of a building on Central Washington University's campus. He was project manager for a $36 million high school in Redmond and for renovation of historic warehouses in downtown Tacoma. Houston focuses on educational and religious buildings, as well as historic renovations. He is working on design projects for Charles Wright Academy in University Place. BCRA works on land use planning, civil engineering and sustainable design.
