Dale Lydin recently joined INCA Engineers in Bellevue, as a senior project manager in the transportation department. His responsibilities include management and design of civil site and transportation design projects, with a focus on municipality markets.

He has more than 15 years of engineering experience, including five years with the city of Lynnwood as a project manager for capital projects.
