PAE Consulting Engineers promoted several members of its staff. Nick Collins is a principal and will manage the mechanical department. Collins recently worked on a corridor connector at Portland International Airport and renovations at the University of Oregon. Senior associate David Beach is working on projects at Portland State University, Whitman College and Portland General Electric. Gary Toole was promoted to senior associate. He has nearly 30 years of consulting experience and is working on a justice center in Marion County and a laboratory at Washington State University.

Mark Ramsby was promoted to senior associate. He founded Luma Lighting Design, a division of PAE. Rambsby is working on projects at the University of Oregon and a library in Northgate. Associate Mike Scupien is working on a medical center renovation and the Multnomah Athletic Club.

John Melloy, Thinh Nguyen and Greg Parthemer were promoted to electrical designers.
