Turning point for zoo's new carousel

    A 5,600-square-foot pavilion, with two private rooms, is being designed to house the Woodland Park Zoo's new carousel.

    Linda Allen waited five years to get her horses up and running. Frozen in time, they've rested in a South Seattle warehouse.
