Group Mackenzie, a regional architecture, engineering and planning firm, added
Todd R. Johnson and
Catie A. Fernandez to its planning department. Both are planners and project managers. Johnson has almost 10 years of experience on transportation, utility and site infrastructure, environmental and land use projects. Johnson is working on Discovery Point, a 75-acre master plan for an industrial development at Ridgefield Junction. Fernandez was an associate planner with the city of Gresham. Fernandez is working on a master plan for a 600-acre industrial park in Tracy, Calif., as well as large industrial parks in Wilsonville, Fairview, Portland and Gresham, Ore. She oversees the firm's permit services. Group Mackenzie provides architecture, engineering and planning services. It has offices in Seattle, Portland, Tacoma and Vancouver.
