Paul Schwer is president of PAE Consulting Engineers. Bob Sulek was president and will remain at PAE to assist Schwer with transition. Schwer joined as a mechanical associate and has nearly 20 years of experience in mechanical design. He also teaches architectural engineering at the University of Oregon's Department of Architecture.
