Otak's Kirkland office added civil engineering designer Jeremy Andrews, who has experience with flood control and water utility projects in Colorado and Washington. Two joined the Lake Oswego headquarters: architect Benvenuto Bortolazzo and marketing coordinator Sarah McCloskey. Bortolazzo received architecture degrees from a university in Venice, Italy, as well as the University of Washington. McCloskey has six years' experience developing marketing materials. The Tempe office hired CAD professional Karol Anderson. Otak is a planning, architecture, design and engineering firm.
