Environmental planning, design and construction management firm Brown and Caldwell has added new staff. In the company's water resources group are Nathan Foged and Colleen Doten. Foged is a civil and water resources engineer with experience in hydrodynamic and water quality modeling. Doten is a civil engineer with experience in site improvement, soil and groundwater cleanup, and prechlorination design work for odor control. The company added to its infrastructure/civil group Bruce Kessler, Corinne DeLeon and Joel Paulson. Kessler is a principal civil engineer with 13 years of experience on municipal public work projects like wastewater pump stations and stormwater facilities. De Leon is a civil engineer with experience on water and wastewater infrastructure projects and stormwater discharge. Paulson is a senior civil engineer and will work in the company's Kingston office. Don Wentz joined as a principal instrumentation and controls engineer, and has 15 years of experience in controls engineering. Ed Dix is the company's new operations specialist and will be based out of the Olympia office. Bill Reiswig is a new illustrator and graphics designer.
