Structural engineer Andy Ewing has been named an associate at KPFF Consulting Engineers. Ewing is working on the seismic upgrade of the Nakamura Federal Courthouse in Seattle. Other projects he's been involved with at KPFF include the Mercer mixed-use development on Mercer Island, the Summit office complex in Bellevue, the Eastgate Park and Ride parking structure, and University of Washington Oceanography Building.
