PND recently added Christopher Wiest to the Seattle office. He formerly worked as an engineer for the Washington State Department of Transportation in Vancouver. His current assignments at PND include stormwater and drainage design for the Port of Seattle, and civil design for the 12th Street Marina upland area for the Port of Everett.
