Otak Inc. has added water resources engineers to its offices in Kirkland and Lake Oswego, Ore., and a surveyor in Bend, Ore. Larry Grimm, an engineer and senior project manager, and Scott Stoneman, an engineer, joined Otak's Water and Natural Resources group in Kirkland. Grimm has worked on master drainage plans for large-scale master-planned communities, and on stormwater, water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Stoneman works on residential surface water and water-supply projects, as well as stream restoration, fish passage and mine-reclamation. He spent a year volunteering in Ethiopia, managing construction of 15 projects. Terrence Soltz joined the Lake Oswego office. He has experience in surface and sub-surface hydrology, stormwater modeling and environmental fluid mechanics. William Lawrence joined the Bend survey group.
