Bumgardner added associate Joshua MacTaggart, who worked in historic preservation before starting a firm in Austin, Texas. He is a project manager on mixed-use projects. Project architect Mancong Lin has 12 years of experience in commercial, retail and healthcare projects. Guy Peckham was promoted to associate. He has 27 years of experience, and manages multifamily and single-family projects. He is also leading the firm's efforts in sustainability and code compliance. Bumgardner is a Seattle planning, architecture and interior design firm.
