Portland-based Yost Grube Hall Architecture added Edward (Ned) Vaivoda Jr. Vaivoda co-founded the Portland architectural design firm Thompson Vaivoda & Associates 20 years ago. At YGH he will plan and design higher education and commercial projects. He is working on two mixed-use parking facilities in Bend and Medford, Ore. The 50-person firm provides urban planning, architecture, and interior design in the Northwest, California and overseas.
