Structural engineer Jeff Albert was named an associate at the Seattle office of KPFF Consulting Engineers. Albert is working on the Southwest Washington Medical Center in Vancouver. KPFF named Eric Scott an associate. Scott has done work for Washington State University and South Seattle Community College and urban projects such as Eighth and Olive in Seattle, Sierra Suites in Bellevue and the Evergreen Medical Office Building in Kirkland. KPFF works on structural and civil engineering projects, with 15 offices around the country.
