DCI Engineers promoted four people to project manager: Melissa Neuharth, Mathew Wies and Brigette Arnold in its structural division and Carrie Keating in its civil division. Neuharth is working on Kirkland Park and a condo project in Lahaina, Hawaii. Wies is project manager for projects at Meridian Medical Center in Seattle and the Tulalip Casino Hotel in Marysville. Arnold is project manager for the Hilton Garden Inn in Issaquah and a multi-family project in Ballard. Keating is working on a fire station in Mountlake Terrace and a military lodging project at Fort Lewis Army Base. DCI is a Bellevue-based civil and structural consulting company.
