Garner has 15 years of experience, including work for Portland design firms SRG Partnership and Fletcher Farr Ayotte.

Architects Adam Christie and Jason Miller were promoted to associates. Christie has 10 years of experience in educational, cultural and commercial projects. Miller is working on an $8 million aquatic center in Bend, Ore.

Jonathan Bolch, Paul Kinley and John Shorb are new staff architects. Bolch was a project architect at Schwartz/Silver Architects in Boston.
