Vancouver-based engineering firm Hopper Dennis Jellison added staff to work with clients in Washington and Oregon. The construction services section added two senior inspectors, Paul Reed and Thomas Lyon. Reed worked at the Washington State Department of Transportation in inspection and materials testing. Lyon also worked at WSDOT, and will be chief inspector for a road reconstruction project in Kittitas County. Design engineers Christopher C. Rae and David S. Jardin will work on residential projects. Rae was an intern with the city of Phoenix. Jardin specializes in design and inspection of roads, sewer systems and storm drainage. Stacy J. Frost was recently registered as a professional engineer in Washington. Karen M. Vann joins the transportation group. She recently graduated with a bachelor's in civil engineering from Portland State University. Nicolle S. Sicilia joined the land use planning department.
