Urban design firm Crandall Arambula promoted Kristin Belz and Jason Grafto associates. Belz is working on a light rail station study for the city of Redmond. Graf, who focuses on pedestrian-friendly communities, led downtown master planning projects for the cities of Medford, Ore., and Whitefish, Mont. The company also hired Dawn Sharpnack and Erin Carter as urban designers. Sharpnack worked on a downtown master plan for Oak Park, Ill. Carter is finishing her master's in landscape architecture at the University of Oregon.
