Lynnwood mechanical engineering firm CDi Engineers promoted Todd Bovey and Finn Jakobsen to associates. Bovey, a project manager and mechanical engineer, worked on renovations at Valley Medical Center in Renton. Jakobsen is a mechanical engineer and worked on the 160,000-square-foot Surgery Pavilion at University of Washington Medical Center and a cancer center for Providence Everett Medical Center's Colby campus.
